Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Carson Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates carson.systems. Carson Systems LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company. Carson Systems is the parent organization for Plymouth (construction ERP) and Routebook (HVAC field service ERP). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit our website or interact with our services.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on our site, sign up for a service, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, business location, and any narrative or details you provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamp. We use this for security, performance, and aggregate analytics.
Cookies. Our site uses essential cookies for session continuity and may use a small number of analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site functions may not work properly without them.
3. How we use information
We use information you submit to deliver the service you requested, respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for engagement, and contact you about our products and services. We use automatically collected information to operate, secure, and improve our services. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information to train external AI models.
4. Who we share information with
We share information with a limited set of service providers who help us operate the service:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to deliver and operate the service.
- Email and communication providers — to deliver form submissions, transactional emails, and follow-up correspondence.
- Payment processors — only if you make a payment, in which case payment data is handled by the processor (e.g., Stripe).
We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
5. How long we retain information
We retain customer records and form submissions for up to seven (7) years for business and tax purposes. Server access logs are retained per our hosting provider's defaults (typically 30 days). You can request earlier deletion by emailing the address in Section 9.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us using the contact information in Section 9.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
